It has been way too darn long, but we FINALLY have a new episode of Forward March! Go check it out on the Forward March Page or subscribe to all the FMP podcasts and never miss another episode.
Enjoy your thirty or so minutes as Dev the Duct Tape Bandit drags you through news about FMP projects, a few tips and tricks that are surprisingly useful to the audio-dramatist, and then we’ll hang out around the water cooler for whatever is on Dev’s mind (since we kinda doubt there’s anything IN it…)
This time around…
In The News, MORE BGC casting! Sea of Stars wrap specials and….MORE new Yamato?
Tips and Tricks, continues our “The Complete Idiot’s (namely me) Guide to Creating an Audio Drama”. This time, we finally make it into basic editing. We’ll also spend a few minutes discussing philosophy and dialog stitching.
No Feedback… nobody wuvs us. ;_;
Around the Water Cooler… Voltron. Is. Not. A. VERB!
You can find it under the Forward March! tab on the website
See ya next time!
Unfortunately, the day after posting about the forthcoming episodes of our Forward March! podcast, I got a summer cold that devolved into a cough. For about a week I sounded a lot like Harvey Fierstein.
But my voice is improving and hopefully we’ll have them both recorded in short order. FMP appreciates your patience. ^^;;
Next week should see the release of a special episode of Forward March! We’ll focus on the the final thoughts of wrapping what has been FMP’s most successful project, Sea of Stars. We’ll have special messages from the cast, feedback on the second season of the show and a gag reel from season two and Invasion.
In the week or so after that release, we’ll have another special episode of March. This one will be a very brief news update, and then entirely be given over to an expanded Tips and Tricks section, where we finally get into the editing part of our “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Creating Audio Drama” series.
The additional casting call for the second arc of Bubblegum Crisis episodes should be coming down the pipeline soon. As always, I’ll keep you posted.
